We have a number of COVID protocols in place to protect the larger school community. You can learn more about mask requirements, temperature-taking protocols and campus access procedures in this summary document, while this document outlines what to do if someone in your household is sick or placed on a Stay Home Notice / Quarantine order.

We will be hosting an orientation for new families in early August. Please visit this page to learn when you need to be on campus.

Details about the first day of school will be shared in early August.

iPad requirements: grades 4-6 (primary)
Your child will need their iPad for the first day of school. This One to World iPad Parent Guide outlines device requirements, required apps, and everything else you need to know to get set up.

iPad setup assistance is available during orientation or at the IT support office when school resumes on Tuesday 10 August.

MacBook requirements: grades 7-12 (secondary)
Students in grades 7 - 12 will need a MacBook for the first day of school. This MacBook parent guide outlines device requirements and what students will need.

Students in grades 7 to 12 can configure their devices at home, or get assistance during orientation, or at the IT support office when school resumes on Tuesday 10 August.

This page outlines the systems we use at CIS. If you’re new to CIS, you will receive an email with your login credentials for all CIS systems (details about how to access Seesaw will be shared with primary parents in the first week of school).

On 28 July at 12 noon, you will be able to login to Managebac to view your child’s timetable and class details.

The Managebac dashboard will display your child’s timetable, teachers, and class locations. Please pay special attention to your child’s teacher's name* and class details, as this outlines where to go on your child’s first day.

The purpose of this handbook is to ensure that all students/parents are familiar with school rules, regulations and policies.

Sodexo is the school’s canteen provider. Meal choices change daily, with a selection of Asian, western and vegetarian meals. Meals have been designed to align with students’ tastes, but with a focus on nutrition and quality.

  • If your child is in nursery to grade 3, you will need to order your meals online before school starts.
  • If your child is in grades 4-12, they will be able to top up their student ID stored value card at orientation so that they can buy lunch in the first week of school.

More information about how to order and pay for meals, canteen and cafe opening hours, what types of meals are available, as well as some frequently asked questions, can be found here.

Please note that Campus Online, Sodexo’s online ordering system will reopen for orders on 23 July 2021.

All students must wear the CIS uniform from the first day of school unless advised otherwise. The uniform page on our website outlines what items your child will need, while the parent handbook outlines our uniform policy.
