CIS offers a wide variety of sports

We provide a strong foundation in core sports that are central to CIS athletics: Swimming, Rugby and Volleyball. These programmes are supported by specialised coaching, structured training schedules, and regular competitive opportunities through ACSIS and other sporting organisations in Singapore.

Beyond our core sports, CIS fields teams in a diverse range of popular student sports, including Badminton, Basketball, Netball, Touch Rugby, Football and Ultimate Frisbee. These teams provide students with opportunities to develop teamwork, discipline and resilience, while building strong interpersonal connections and skills that extend well beyond the field of play.
