All new staff undergo thorough recruitment and vetting procedures to ensure suitability for working with children.

All employees are required to adhere to CIS’s Safeguarding Policy and Code of Professional Conduct.

Staff Training

Mandatory safeguarding training is provided regularly, with varying levels of depth based on individual roles and responsibilities.
