Visitor procedures

As we work to safeguard the CIS community during COVID19, the following procedures have been put in place for visitors to our school.

Circles 2
Ellipse 7 copy 2

Appointments are restricted to off-peak hours (9.00am to 3.00pm), unless otherwise approved by the school.

All visitors must:

  1. Wear a mask or visor at all times while on campus.

  2. Have a confirmed appointment with a CIS staff member.

  3. Complete this declaration form (follow the instructions on the form) and submit it (soft copy or hard copy) to the person you have an appointment with at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. If you answer yes to any question in the declaration, you will be denied entry.

The person you have an appointment with will confirm if you need to present a negative ART result to gain access. CIS will also confirm if your test needs to be a self-administered test, or a professionally-administered test which needs to be done at a MOH-approved clinic (view the list of the MOH-approved clinics here). Failure to have the test results ready will result in entry being refused.

  4. When you arrive on campus, stop at security and:

    1. Provide your ID card.

    2. Show the appointment confirmation email to our security guards. Failure to do this will result in refused entry.

    3. Check in and out of the campus using SafeEntry (procedure below). Please show the confirmation to our guards.

    4. Have your temperature taken. If you have a fever that is over 37.5, you will not be allowed to enter.

    5. Please present your vaccination status when asked. Failure to do this will result in refused entry.

CIS has implemented mandatory SafeEntry procedures (learn more about Safe Entry) to assist the Singapore government in contact tracing.

All adults and children above 6 years of age must check in and out using either the TraceTogether app or token when coming onto campus.

Adults must also provide their Singapore identification card (eg NRIC, Employment/dependents pass, Long Term Visit Pass) to security for scanning.

Note: safe entry data is not shared with CIS. It is used solely by the Singapore government for the purposes of contact tracing only.
