Grade 6’s Abigail earns SOTA commendation

Congratulations to Lakeside grade 6 student, Abigail H, on earning a commendation in the SOTA (School of the Arts Singapore) Primary 6 Art Competition. 650 students from over 140 primary schools in Singapore submitted their artwork and only 50 received commendations. Portraits of kindness

Who would have thought that a simple portrait could make someone so happy? As an extension of CIS’s visual arts programme, secondary students had the opportunity to participate in a meaningful CCA called the Memory Project.
