Dear <parent first name>, Our team is looking forward to meeting you at our upcoming [campus division] CIS Kindergarten Open House [day] [date] [month] @9am. WHAT TO EXPECT A fun and engaging morning of hands-on, teacher-led activities. There will be different activity zones to visit with your child where you will see how our inquiry and play-based learning approach is applied to concepts like literacy, math and STEAM. You’ll also have the chance to chat with our Kindergarten principal and take a private tour of our campus. Activities are suitable for children aged 2 to 5 years old. To ensure social distancing, a maximum of only 3 people will be allowed to participate in each activity at any one time. Due to space constraints, helpers and caregivers, unfortunately, won’t be able to attend. On the day Please plan to arrive at [insert campus] by approximately 8.45am. This will give you sufficient time to register and make your way to the Kindergarten venue. Directions Health declaration form As we work to safeguard the CIS community during COVID19, procedures have been put in place for all visitors to our school. We will also need your kind assistance to complete the CIS visitor health declaration form and return it to me by email prior to your visit.
