Reporting to the Technology Operation Manager, this role will work with the IT teams, users and vendors to support the strategic directions and businesses of CIS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to school teachers, students, support staff and parents
- Maintain school’s desktops/laptops and peripherals including applying and updating software
- Experience in using system tools for management of school’s IT assets
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on school’s IT assets
- Troubleshoot classroom AV system (Speaker/Projector)
- Perform equipment repairs as necessary
- Liaise with hardware vendors
- Proactive in looking for areas of improvements in areas of responsibilities
- Deployment of desktops and laptops
- Manage and maintain the helpdesk system
- Manage and maintain loaner devices
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of IT-related experience
- Good working experience of support in schools and with desktops/laptops
- Experience with Mac OS, Windows and mobile OS such as iOS and Android
- Basic knowledge of scripting, programming and CISCO Networking
- Possess strong analytical and technical competencies
- Possess the knack of being proactive and taking ownership of problems
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Excellent interpersonal skills and possess a service-oriented mindset
- Independent with minimum supervision
- A good team player
- Due to work requirements, proficiency in Chinese will be preferred

- This role will be based at the Tanjong Katong campus
