Parent and Student ID Cards

Current parents who have questions regarding the ID cards, please contact idcards@cis.edu.sg or +(65) 6467 1732. The Admissions Department will assist new parents with the ID card application/s.

Feedback and Dispute Resolution

The Canadian International School (CIS) adopts a closed loop feedback and complaint management system to gather and address all feedback and/or complaints received from all stakeholders (staff, students and external parties) for continuous improvement. Please complete our online feedback form and provide a short explanation of the nature of your feedback. We will respond to your feedback within 3 working days. Information regarding the dispute resolution policy can be viewed here. 

Transport

Goh Transport’s office is manned until 5.30pm. Emergency calls for ECA related matters can be directed to Ms. Angelia at +(65) 9834 4718. 

After-ECAs Contact - Lakeside Campus (5.00pm to 6.30pm) 

If your child is engaged in ECAs or Competitive Sports and you need to reach the school after 5.00pm, the after-hours contact number is 8428-3019.
