International Baccalaureate Organization

CIS is an IB World School and is authorized to offer all 3 International Baccalaureate Programmes*: Primary Years Programme (PYP) to students in ECE to Grade 6, Middle Years Programme (MYP) to students in Grades 7 to 10, and the Diploma Programme (DP) to students in Grades 11 and 12.

OSSD - Ontario Secondary School Diploma

In addition to offering the IB DP to students in Grades 11 and 12, CIS is authorized to offer the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) to students in Grades 11 and 12. To find out more about the Ontario Secondary School Diploma and the Ontario Curriculum, visit http://www.edu.gov.on.ca/.

Both the IB DP and the OSSD programme are accepted at universities worldwide. Please visit our curriculum section for full details on all programmes and the curriculum at CIS.

Please note that the OSSD is currently being phased out at CIS. Our current cohort of Grade 11 students will graduate with the OSSD in June 2013.  The OSSD will not be offered to Grade 11 students in the 2012/2013 school year.
