Lady Huskies Earn Sweet Victory

On October 21 st, the Girl’s Senior Basketball Team played an exceptional game against ISS (International School of Singapore). Both teams started out strong, but the Huskies shot ahead due to their fantastic teamwork.

Team members Angela Butler and Kaori Komatsu created top-notch plays that put the Huskies well into the lead. On the other end of the court, Simi Butler and Shanti Ary Purnamasari were dominating defensively.

The final score was an outstanding 48-29 in favour of the CIS Huskies! Miss Ngai summed up the game by saying, “We played an excellent game; we made all our plays, but the play that counted the most was the cheering from the bench and the stands.”
