CAS Fall Fair a Huge Success

On Friday, September 26 th, the Canadian community came together for the annual CAS Fall Fair. Hosted at the Tanjong Katong campus, there were plenty of games, activities and even a bouncy castle!

CIS students attended to help volunteer and hosted stations to help raise money for the Tabitha Foundation charity. Student volunteers helped to raise funds for the forthcoming Excursion Week trip to Cambodia in 2009. They were very successful. Costume dress-up, face painting and colouring contests were just some of the popular activities that helped raise eight hundred dollars!

When everyone was done eating, playing games and browsing the goods for sale, the draws and contests started. Lucky winners went home with mp3 players, printers and other special prizes.

This year’s Fall Fair was a great success, and hopefully next year’s event will be just as much fun!
