The High School at the Canadian International School accommodates students in Grades Nine to Twelve at the Kampong Bahru campus. Classes in High School are based on three International Programmes.

Students in Grades 9 and 10 study the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), which is internally assessed and moderated by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO).

Students in grades 11 and 12 must select one of the Diploma options in order to complete their studies and graduate. There are 2 educational pathways for selection:

The International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB DP). Both diplomas are accepted at universities worldwide.
