Responsibilities:
- Customer service support, e.g. handling inquiries, sales of student attires and meal coupons
- Assist in account payables functions, e.g. handling inquiries, processing of payments
- Attending to incoming calls
- Assist in month-end closing
- Preparation of financial reports and management reports/schedules
- Adhoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- LCCI Higher Accounting or Diploma in Accountancy, or its equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Knowledge of ACCPAC will be advantageous
- Possess good communcation skill and positive work attitude
- Preferably able to start work within short notice
