PRO-RATING OF TUITION FEES

It has always been a well-advertised policy of CIS, to permit pro-rating of tuition fees for returning students who know in advance, that they will be leaving us mid-way through the up-coming semester.

Our policy outlines that a written letter stating the request for pro-rating of tuition fees, must be submitted three (3) full months before the commencement of the next academic semester.

We are pleased to continue this tradition, and offer our families the unique opportunity to request for pro-rating of fees.

The written request for pro-rating of tuition fees for the semester 29 January 2009 to 12 June 2009, must reach our office no later than 29 October 2008.

Please direct this specific written request to the Accounts Department, and outline details.
